01Sales after the official launch
- Since the official launch on Oct 30, 2026, we sell World Coin products such as Maple Point vouchers. Cancellations and refunds follow this policy.
- Maple Points given free during the closed beta (CBT), and anything bought with them, were reset during the official launch maintenance on Oct 30, 2026 and are not eligible for refunds or compensation.
02What we sell
- Bought with World Coins: Maple Point vouchers and other items shown in the cash shop
- Bought with Maple Points: items and passes in the cash shop
- Purchases go to your account cash storage and move to your character's bag when you take them out.
03World Coin refunds
- Refunds for items bought with World Coins follow the MapleStory Worlds terms and operating policy.
- You can get a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used the item.
- Request it from your purchase history on the official MapleStory Worlds website, or through 'Contact the creator' on the world page.
- Once a refund is confirmed, we review and handle what that payment gave you.
- Cancellation of purchases made by minors without a guardian's consent follows MapleStory Worlds policy.
04Canceling Maple Point purchases
- Items bought with Maple Points follow this world's rules below.
- You can cancel a Maple Point purchase yourself in the in-game cash storage within 7 days, as long as the whole quantity is still there.
- You get back exactly the Maple Points you paid.
- You cannot cancel: items taken out of storage (taking out any part of a bundle locks the whole bundle), used, opened or enhanced items, or items applied instantly that never go to storage.
05Refunds for our mistakes
- If we remove or change an item we sold in a way that seriously affects what you own
- If what you received differs from the description or picture
- If you paid but did not receive the item (we will deliver it or refund you)
- In these cases we refund after checking, regardless of how long ago you bought it or whether you used it.
- The CBT data reset during the official launch maintenance on Oct 30, 2026 was a pre-announced procedure and does not fall under these cases.
06Contact
- We answer refund inquiries within 3 business days.
- Include the order number or purchase time and your character name. Never include payment details or passwords.
